At Smart Essence we are passionate about sourcing our materials from reliable and trustworthy suppliers, we have spent a long time investing in the best ingredients to make our products. Our wax, fragrance, dye, glitter, and mica powders are all Vegan and cruelty free. The glitters we use are plant based and biodegradable and we try to ensure all of our packaging is either biodegrable or fully recyclable.

We currently ship everywhere within the uk, including Northern Ireland. We are working hard to expand our shipping regions further and hope to be in a position to send our products worldwide soon.

We accept all major Credit / Debit card payments, PayPal payments, and we now offer ClearPay.

Don't panic! Please email us as soon as possible at admin@smartessence.co.uk and provide us with your order number along with the correct shipping address and we will update this for you.

Please be aware, we can only make amendments to shipping addresses prior to you receiving your shipping confirmation. Once this has been generated we cannot make changes to your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping details when ordering. Smart Essence will not send a replacement or issue a refund where an incorrect address has been provided.

We recommend a tealight burner that is designed for use with max melts. Ideally this should be a minimum of 10cm tall and can be used safely with a 4 hour tealight.

You can also use electric burners however you may find these provide a subtle scent throw due to a lower heat level.

All burners sold here at Smart Essence are designed for use with wax melts as they are all 10cm or over.
